1. Preparation tell them what you will tell them (index) tell them then tell them that what you told them (summary)

2. Humor appropriate jokes connected jokes never insult the audience

3. No apologies “ Sorry, I am nervous!”  Discourage the audience to listen to the whole presentation  Lower expectations

4. Attention Visual aids Don´t fill the entire slide Use contrasting colures for easier reading Explain / comment your visual aids

5. Move Too much movement distract your audience Just effective movements

6. Voice Speak up ! No fillers Change your volume for important parts

7. Respect Eye contact Honesty Save face Self-correction
