WHO ARE THE ANDREWS IN THE CHURCH?

1.Those who have the hearts for their families, for their friends, classmates and officemates.

2. Those who cannot handle a Lifegroup but can bring a soul to Jesus.

3. Those who cannot be a pastor but can bring a soul who will soon be a pastor.

4. Those who cannot win the world but can bring a person who will win the world.

PROJECT ANDREW MECHANICS

1. Pray for the person you want to bring to Jesus.

2. Build relationship with him/her.

3. Invite him/her To Church Life Group/Outreach.

4. Encourage him/her to join your Lifegroup and introduce him/her to your discipler.

5. Share to him/her and diligently teach “One 2 One”.

6. Send him/her to Spiritual Family Class & River Weekend

EFFECTIVE MENTORING

1. See him/her as how God sees him/her.

2. Ask God to reveal to you a GLIMPSE of what he/she will become.

3. Pray that he/she will encounter Jesus and will grow in Him.

4. Unleash his/her potential.

5. Put in mind: He/she is not yours but God’s. You are just an instrument and guide. Be willing to be used by God.
