Summary  I’ve been riding for 6 years  I enjoy riding both English and Western styles  Some don’t give riding enough credit  It’s a very good workout  It tones every bit of your leg and abdominal muscles  It takes just as much mental skill as it does physical skill  In order to ride decently, horse and rider must trust and respect each other
