Can you guess how most people lose their jobs?  Most people lose their jobs from a lack of personal skills, rather than from a lack of technical skills!

 What personal strengths do you have?  What personal weaknesses do you have and how can you improve them?

WWho are some leaders in the community? WWhat qualities do they posses?

Objectives:  The student will be able to plan a program of personal development.

Assignment RRead pages I-1-3 in the Leadership and Personal Development book and answer the following questions. 11. What personal qualities are needed for people who work in agricultural occupations? 22. What are important qualities of a leader? 33. Why should I improve my personal skills? 44. How can I plan my program of personal development?
