Goals Provides in-depth view of how recruiters may evaluate interviewees May be used for those already with job offer or going to graduate school May be used as a “performance review” project
Overall Requirements Fill in one of the sample evaluation forms on yourself from the perspective of a recruiter Base answers on a job description (may be one from an earlier project) List 8 competencies you chose to highlight in your interview…what STARS did you use for each Write 1 page outline of STAR events
Deliverables Completed evaluation form Job description Explanation of 8 competencies 1-2 paragraphs per STAR used Assessment of how well your 8 competencies match the job
