Interview Evaluation STARS Project 9 Fall 2004

Goals  Provides in-depth view of how recruiters may evaluate interviewees  May be used for those already with job offer or going to graduate school  May be used as a “performance review” project

Overall Requirements  Fill in one of the sample evaluation forms on yourself from the perspective of a recruiter  Base answers on a job description (may be one from an earlier project)  List 8 competencies you chose to highlight in your interview…what STARS did you use for each  Write 1 page outline of STAR events

Deliverables  Completed evaluation form  Job description  Explanation of 8 competencies  1-2 paragraphs per STAR used  Assessment of how well your 8 competencies match the job
