N utrition G uidance P lans Our Nutrition Guidance Plans provide a certain balance of macronutrients that emphasizes loss of body fat and water weight, while sparing muscle tissue. Percentage of calories derived from each macronutrient: PROTEIN - 40% CARBOHYDRATE - 40% FAT - 20%
