Stand By Me: Plot Summary Game o Lay the event cards on the desk, so that everyone can see them o As a team, put the events in the order that you saw them in the film. Start with the earliest event (whatever you saw first in the film) o When you have finished, copy the events in the order you have put them in into your book o If you finish early, but the events into your group’s order of preference, starting with the moment you enjoyed the most and ending with the part you liked the least (you do not have to copy this order down) o At the end of the game, return all of the cards to the envelope

Plot summary instructions o Fill in the blanks with the word or phrase you think is most suitable to complete the plot summary o You can work with the people around you o Put your hand up if you need help o When you have finished, glue the sheet onto the next clean page in your book o If you do not finish, complete the sheet for HOMEWORK o I will be checking this work has been done on MONDAY
