 Each Event can have 3 entries per school  We will be entering those with the best times, distances or height for that event  Each student-athlete can be entered into a maximum of 5 events (3 field events/2 running events or 2 field events/ 3 running events) General Information

Field Event Practices We will lift from 8:00-15 (Stretch and be at field event at 8:30) Monday Shot/High Jump/4 x 100 Relay Tuesday Discuss/Triple/Hurdles AFTERNOON Long Jump(High Jump and shot may stay) Wednesday High Jump/Long Jump *Running will be done during the period* *Subject to change anytime* Coach Moore

Meets  Student-Athletes are able to leave when all their events are completed  Each student-athlete can only leave with their parent or guardian 1. after they have signed out with the track manager 2.Turned in a filled out “Post Activity Form” (printable forms can be found on our websites)  It’s a good idea to provide your child with extra money or food to have during the meet since these can last for quite some time.
