Maryland Intellectual Property Legal Resource Center (MIPLRC) Free legal services for entrepreneurs and emerging technology companies, including: –patent applications, –prior art searches, –license agreements, –non-disclosure agreements, –company formation, and much more. MIPLRC’s offices are on campus in Mtech’s on- campus incubator building. Free and open to all.
