 My diet consists of healthy well balanced choices.  Morning: scrambled eggs with a bagel and apple juice  Lunch: lasagna and/or chicken and/or sandwich with raspberries, strawberries, carrots, broccoli, and orange peepers. Also a granola bar, rice crispy square and an apple sauce; As well as a juice box.  Dinner: chicken breast or fish or pasta with some vegetables and a glass of milk.

 Ways I can improve my diet…  I can improve my diet by getting rid of some foods that might have more sugar intake than what I need. As well as maybe incorporate more fluids especially water in to my diet. Water is a crucial part to being healthy and having a well balanced life style; Hydration is key.

 Many people want to maintain a healthy diet but its hard to maintain such diet with a busy life.  It’s very difficult especially for my self personally eating in a healthy manner while playing hockey. Hockey makes my life a lot more busy and on the go than if I were to not play hockey. But it’s important to maintain a well balanced diet when putting your body through the physical activity and work of hockey; So I find it important to eat health and drink water.

 Your image, how do we feel about ourselves?  Lots of time how we feel about ourselves is base on how other people feel about us. An example is if you feel confident in who you are people can sometimes make you loose that confidence just by something they say or do.

 For my self media doesn’t really effect on how I feel about myself, well at least I try not to let it affect me.  I find that lots of people have different opinions on people some that aren't very nice which might affect a person confidence or how they feel about them selves. Which is tough but for me I try to not let it bug me, But lots of the time media (people) can make me feel sad or lonesome or angry but I try to just let it go, I think that’s there problem not mine; and that’s how I handle it.

 Stress is common for lots of people especially with a challenging busy life.  For me personally I get stressed easily so I find the best way in dealing with stress is just to relax which might be easier said than done.  Stress isn’t healthy and that’s why it’s important to try to keep relaxed in stressful times

 Here are some good tips on how to deal with stress and/or stressful situations Always keep a positive attitude Except that there are situations you cant control Take a nap, sleep is key And eat healthy (well balanced meals)

 I have a lot of stressful moments but usually I feel stress in uncomfortable situations or since I play hockey a lot of the time before a game. I also have stress when trying to balance hockey with school.  I find the most stressful thing for me is school though; trying to keep your grades up well dealing with media and how you look which is tough.  But you just sometimes have to deal with it and make the best of it.

 Physical activity is a huge part I my life because I play hockey which requires a lot of physical activity.  I am apart of the Pursuit of Excellence hockey academy where its all hockey all the time; we train very hard off ice and very hard on ice.  I’m on the ice everyday for 2 hours and 15 minutes for five days a week which equals up to almost 12 hours of ice per week and that not including games so physical activity plays a big role in my life.

 And after doing this PowerPoint my answer to the question is my life balanced? I think yes my life is balance because I maintain a pretty health eating plan which I need to have when being part of the Pursuit of Excellence Academy.  As well I maintaining way more than the 60 mins of daily activity required.
