Notes about Saudi Arabia, Israel, Iran, and Turkey. By alcsbm1143zp

Saudi Arabia is the worlds largest oil exporting company. most of the country practice Islam.70 % of their drinking water is desalinated. They have a very dry climate and it is very hot and desert like there. This country was established in the Al Suad family ruled for a long time until they were over throne by the Ottaman empire. They feared that they were to much of a threat. Several attempts were made to regain control by the al Saud family, but none ever succeeded.

Iran’s language is Persian or Farci. Most people there follow Shia Muslim. 10 % of their people don’t own a home they just travel around the place. Marriges are arranged by their family. That is slowly changing. Iran used to be Persia until Cyrus led them to victory over the Medes. They had one of the greatest empires of all time. Arabs conquered them and brought Islam to the area. They have a very hot and desert climate but they have very cold winters in the north. Goats are their main animals there. Fagih is the most powerful.

Israel In Israel they speak Hebrew and believe in Judiasm. Mostly Jews live there. Israeli men and women are required to serve a certain amount of years in the military. They have a very high literacy rate of 95 %. They love to read. Israel has the 2 nd largest air craft fleet right next to the united states with 250 f -16’s. Isreaites over though Cannan and spit it into 12 tribes. They were later united by king David, but were later split into 2 parts the Judas side and the northern king dome. Most are from Judas side.

Turkey! They speak Turkish but use the Latin alphabet. Turkey was carved out of the remains of the Ottaman Empire by Mustafa. Most people there follow Sunni Muslim. Most people are Islam. Turkey is a Republican parliamentary democracy. After ww1 turkey lost a lot of land because they sided with Germany.
