IP Video Troubleshooting Situation  Customer, Independent Telco in Woodlands Texas, deploying DTV to their customers  1 HDTV Stream, 2 SDTV Stream, VoIP and HSI  Bandwidth requirements (all streams MPEG4 encoding)  HDTV 6MB  SDTV 2MBx2=4MB  VoIP=1MB  HSI (High Speed Internet) Best Effort up to 5MB  PROBLEM : Tiling, Pixilation, Complete loss of picture, not related to time of day, echo on VoIP transmission. Telco had spent 100 man hours troubleshooting this issue without success  Telco already verified CO is good, and premise is good. Problem is in outside plant but where, how do we troubleshoot (find and fix)?  Modem Trains up with DSLAM at 16MB (capped at 16MB) with 8 db noise margin, but lots of CRC errors! (way too many)  End User Customer ready to disconnect!  Loop Stats ; Approximately 6000 feet 24 gauge PIC all buried, 1200 Pair Cable
