FUNCTIONS The Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications is an institution established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania; it organizes and coordinates the restoration, maintenance and development of the roads of state significance. To work in an economic and efficient manner by creating proper traffic conditions, so that transport on the roads of state significance is safe, fast, convenient and environment-friendly.
