Nathan Gallagher13A Spell Checker Spell checker is a tool that is used to help the computer user do typed work with out any or minimal errors.

Nathan Gallagher13A Why is it important This is a very important facility to have as if you are unable or unaware that a work is spelt wrong and the message that is being sent is lacking in grammar in ways then the spell checker should be able to fix the message up and make it more professional.

Nathan Gallagher13A Description A program that checks the spelling of words in a text document. Spell checkers are particularly valuable for catching typos, but they do not help much when your misspelling creates another valid word; for example, you type too instead of to.

Nathan Gallagher13A You can use a shortcut to access spell checker on your keyboard by pressing the F7button on the keyboard. The F7 button is located in the picture below –

Nathan Gallagher13A Conclusion Spell check is a very important tool to have as it help me keep all of my miner mistakes made at bay and it also allows me to have the chance of adding words that are not in its dictionary and help keep my work up to date also.
