The Schedule module allows you to create optimum schedules for your organization.

Coordinate Fixed Shift Rotation Set up multi-shift patterns for your entire organization in just minutes. If required, compile an automatic rotation period just as you need it -- error free!

Automatic Shift Scheduling Ensure that your people are always in the right place at the right time. Integrate the Resource Planning module to employ the automatic shift scheduling feature and automatically designate personnel to fill departmental or positional gaps.

Flexible Replacement Designate When you have employees away on leave, designate replacement workers for an hour, a day, a week, a month or even longer.

Manage Leave Scheduling Account for employee replacements before the need arises. You can even identify replacements through a variety of situation criteria, including seniority and special skills.

Coordinate Shift Swapping Workers in various industries often depend on the ability to swap shifts. The Schedule module can easily accommodate the needs of your employees and the needs of your organization at the same time.

Maintain Scheduling Details Eliminate the problems associated with minor schedule revisions. You can manage the details of revising the master shift schedule in your organization. This will help you stay on top of the day to day revisions for sick leave, vacation leave and shift swapping.

Monitor Employee Seniority Is employee seniority a criteria in the selection of employees for particular assignments in your organization? If so, this module can evaluate up to six different seniority lists for each work area. That’s enough flexibility to accommodate most multi-union requirements.

Select "On-Call" Employees Easily administer HR policies regarding "on- call" employees. When selection from various shifts is used as a criteria for on-call employees, you can automatically select employees based on even more precise criteria such as seniority and specific skill-sets.

Schedule Reports and Updates Produce accurate reports customized to suit your company’s specific requirements. For example, view shift assignment details in a seven day format or choose 14, 21 or 28 days. You can even preview your reports on the screen prior to printing.

Home Care Scheduling Expand this module’s capabilities with the Home Care Module add- on. Clients can be set up by area with services required by day. You can also also match the employee to the client based on the their seniority, availability, area of work and services required.

Scheduling Methods Apply different scheduling methods as required. Standard Shift Rotations allow each employee to be assigned to a standard shift rotation pattern. Ad Hoc Scheduling allows the preparation of a master schedule for employees.

Ongoing Service After the first year, an annual fee of $595 will ensure that your GrandMaster Suite system is up to date with any changes made in government regulations. It will also give you continued access to our payroll expertise via our Toll-Free telephone support line.
