 ‘From “Web log.” A blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is “blogging” and someone who keeps a blog is a “blogger.”

 A blog entry usually consists of a title, headline, body, post date, comments, tags, and more. One great thing about blogs is that they are almost always customizable. You can select your template (which determines how your blog looks, including its layout), which is usually provided by the blogging company you are using. You can also find other templates by searching on other sites using HTML code.

Visit the Blogger.com home page and select the "Create Your Blog Now" button to begin the process to start your new Blogger.com blog.

If you don't have an account on Google yet, you'll need to create one by completing the form on this page.

If you already have a Google account, you can bypass the "Create Google Account" step and simply sign in with your existing Google account username and password.

Enter the blog name and corresponding domain name domain name (to preced '.blogspot.com') in the spaces provided.

Select a standard template for your new blog. template

Your blog is now live and ready for you to start writing content.

You're now ready to write your first blog post in your new Blogger.com blog and join the blogosphere.
