The University of South Alabama Guaranteed scholarships start at an ACT score of 23. Honors College Scholarships start at an ACT of 27. USA Freshman Leadership Scholarship The USA Freshman Leadership Scholarship is a $2000 per year renewable scholarship for a four-year total of $8,000. The scholarship is for incoming freshmen based on leadership and service commitments during high school. Priority will be given to students who represent economically and educationally disadvantaged groups or students who have participated in Educational Talent Search, Upward Bound, Stars and Stripes or other developmental/educational programs. Alabama State University Deadline February 15th!! This is the SMALLEST scholarship amount that they offer and it is HUGE! The Incentive Scholarship pays full tuition for a maximum of eight semesters for freshmen and a maximum of six semesters for college transfer students. Scholarships are renewable annually based on completion of 24 semester hours, with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
