Cyber Bullying Cyber bullying is when you get mean and hurtful things said to you over any type of technology. Here are a few examples of what things can happen to you over technology: It can happen when you are on your phone, I pod or I pad or any type of tablet. It can happen on lots of different types of social websites like Twitter and Facebook.

Verbal Bullying This is when someone hurts you with words, such as name calling or making fun of you. The best thing to do for this, is to tell an adult because they will tell the bully to stop bullying anybody because it is wrong.

Physical Bullying This is when they hurt you with their hands or any other part of their body over a number of times. The best way to stop this is to tell someone what has happened so they can put an end to it.

Emotional Bullying This is when someone winds you up or makes you angry. The best way to stop it is to tell someone so they can put an end to it. Remember to never lash out at someone because it makes you a bully too.
