The island of Taiwan offers sunny beaches, richly forested mountains, sleepy countrysides. Temples and monuments of both Chinese and Japanese heritage mix with high-rises in cities that keep going until dawn. I have been to Taipei on a look and see trip when I was only 3 years old. Almost one third of England's people live in the prosperous southeastern part of the country centered on London— one of the largest cities in Europe. I visited London on my holidays two years back. AUSTRALIA An island continent located between the Indian and Pacific Oceans, Australia combines a wide variety of landscapes. The highest mountains are part of the Great Dividing Range that line the east coast from Cape York Peninsula south to the state of Victoria. Most people reside along the southeast coast, in cities like Melbourne or Sydney, because winds from the southeast release rain there— leaving the interior beyond the mountains arid or semiarid. We went to Perth where I had a farm stay with all farm animals like horses, sheep, chickens, kangaroos, camels, illama, ostrich and dogs. In Sydney, I enjoyed at Boondi Beach, Harbour Bridge and aquarium. Melbourne country side is very beautiful and I liked Blue Mountains over there. In Brisbane, Movie World, Ocean World was good fun.
