Employee Empowerment

Empowerment Empowerment is the process of enabling or authorizing an individual to think, behave, take action, and control work and decision- making in autonomous ways. It is the state of feeling self-empowered to take control of one's own destiny. Empowerment rules as a development strategy.

Meaning Employee empowerment is a strategy and philosophy that enables employees to make decisions about their jobs. Employee empowerment helps employees own their work and take responsibility for their results.

Workers Education Workers Education attempts to give workers a better understanding of their status, rights and responsibilities as workers, as union members, as family members and as citizens.

Workers Education addresses a whole range of skills and knowledge, which contribute to the harmonious development of a worker’s personality, his role in the society and the knowledge and attitudes required for such roles.
