ND Meth Penalties Possession of any amount of methamphetamine Class B Felony = $10,000 and/or 10 years in prison Possession with intent to sell or engaging in the act of distribution Class A Felony = $20,000 and/or 20 years in prison Possession of paraphernalia or sale of imitation product Class C Felony = $5,000 and/or 5 years in prison Involving a juvenile in the distribution, selling to a juvenile, or distributing within 1,000 feet of a school Class AA Felony = Maximum sentence - life in prison NDCC
