Create HTML template  Before you can export or post a job order to an HTML file, you or your webmaster need to create an HTML template that will act as a layout for your exported job orders. This template must then be named Jobs.htm and placed in the Template folder where your datafile is located.

Online Job Posting © 2006 Micro J Systems, Inc. Fields that can be exported from the Job Order  You will receive a list of the field names in the job order that can be exported to the HTML file along with the format they need to be saved to in your Jobs.htm template file.

Posting a Job Order to an FTP site  The following example shows how to post a job directly from the job order screen to an FTP site where it can be assembled onto your website.  You’ll need to have a login to the FTP server that will allow you to upload files to the server. You may need to get this information from your webmaster.
