Go to: Click on “Password Trouble” link
In the Sub Menu Click on “Change Password” link
Enter your address and press send (Must be address we have on file)
You will receive this confirmation message
You will receive an authorization code to your account
If you received either of these messages, this typically means we have a different address on file You should as indicated for directions on making a
Once you receive your authorization code via – go back to the Password Trouble page to select the circled area to enter your authorization code
Copy your authorization code and paste it into the field. Enter your old password and your new password twice and click submit
You will receive this confirmation message Close and reopen your Internet browser before logging in with your new information
