TESTY FLAGS eTwinning Project

ROMANIA Romania is a country located at the intersection of Central and Southeastern Europe, bordering on the Black Sea. Romania shares a border with Hungary and Serbia to the west, Ukraine and Moldova to the northeast and east, and Bulgaria to the south.

Our classroom

Our class We are students in 2 nd class at School number 11 “St. O. Iosif”. Our program start at 8 o’clock, we learn until 12 o’clock. After school’s program we eat, sleep and prepare our homeworks. At 4 o’clock our parents come after us and go at home or at extra classes: sports, English language, music.

Our school classes At school we study : Romanian languages 7 hours per week Math 4 hours Environmental education 1 hour Music 1 hour Arts 1 hour Sports 2 hours Religion 1 hour In one day, after program we have dance lessons at school.

School and vacation time Our school year is divided in two parts called semesters First semester has 13 weeks ( 17 September – 22 December) In november we have one week free. Second semester start in 10 January until 23 June with one week free for Easter.

Other projects in our school In this year we finished one great Comenius Multilateral Project: “Learning About Heroes Through Legends” and start another “Learning and sustenability” Also we like very much eTwinning projects. Last year started one project for parents education “What does mean to be a good parent?” This project have Quality Label in Romania and is included in book of good practice in eTwinning program. Other project is about travel in all Europe “ Travel open mind”
