Every time I move 5okm during my recess time, I always forget to drink and I leave my drinking bottle far away from me. The condition is unhealthy because it makes me dehydrated.
To figure out a way so I don’t forget to drink especially during the 50km programme.
My bottle’s lid can be easily opened/closed, sometimes spill water. We need to drink during a 50Km program, a running program during recess time in Sekolah Ciputra.
I found out that the bottle`s function is used for keeping drinking water/ liquid. A belt`s function is to put it around the waist so our pants don’t fall off while we are running especially!
Observation: I observed that I always forgot to drink during my running. Inference: I was always thirsty while running.
If I put 5 plastic bottles in my waist belt, I will have more chances of drinking while I am running.

Step 1: sew the rubber together with the belt to form places to put bottles Step 2: prepare 5 small bottles Step 3: put the bottles into the holes of the rubber sewed Step 4: wear the belt around the waist Step 5: try to use it while you are running Step 6: if you want to drink take the small bottle, stop for a while then drink Step 7: colour the bottle to make it more beautiful Step 8: we can replace the type of liquid as we want such as water, juice, milk, etc.
I can change the water into another type of healthy drink such as milk, juice, tea or others. I need to re-consider the type of drinking bottle and its size since it is going to be heavier to carry while running.
My hypothesis was correct, putting 5 small bottles in my waist helps me so I can have more chances to drink while running 50km.
