Putting photos onto the PC with a digital camera Each computer and camera will have slightly different ways of uploading images. The basic principles are the same. You can either use a memory card reader or the lead that came with the camera to connect the camera and PC device. Plug the lead or card reader into the computer and follow the instructions on the PC.
Downloading and Saving pictures You can add your own images and save them into a folder on your computer You can add your own images and save them into a folder online (you can access these anywhere) - Pictures can be stored and shared online e.g. Picassa, Flicker and Facebook You can take images already on the web and save them in a file (remember copyright laws)
Picture attachments To attach a picture in an – Click attach and browse your PC for the file then click ‘attach’ To download an image from an – Click on the attachment and press download, then save in your PC file Please note all providers have slightly different ways of displaying attachments
