Valentines Day Card Art Lesson

Safety Glue remains on the table in the pots Scissors are to be use properly

Procedure 1.Collect cardboard pieces. 2.Find a learning station. 3.Roll square piece of card (body) and Glue. 4.Put aside to dry. 5.Take rectangular card, trace around your drink bottle base in pencil and cut (face).

Procedure Continued 6. One strip of card and cut feet and ears. Curved or pointy? Feet need long bit for gluing. 7. Pink card, cut 4 small circles. Glue onto feet and ears. 8. Glue ears to face. 9. Draw nose and mouth. leave room for googly eyes

Procedure Continued 10. Write message on heart and cut out. 11. Round off ends of last strip (arms). 12. Curve arms. 13. Glue hands to heart. 14. Glue arms to body. 15. Fold feet and glue to body.

Procedure Continued 16. Glue googly eyes. 17. Make sure it can stand on its own. 18. Give to your loved one.
