Do I maintain a weight that is right for someone my height and frame? Do I participate in 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic physical activity 3- 4 times per week? Can I express my emotions in healthy ways? Do I avoid harmful substances such as tobacco, alcohol or other drugs? Do I ask for help when I need it and know where to turn for current and reliable health information? Do I generally accept who I am?
