I NFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEMS All 14 libraries provide wireless network services 3M is the most common brand for library security system, self-service loan system and RFID system. None of the 14 libraries have CD-ROM servers

E-SERVICES

E- RESOURCES Almost all libraries have their own: Digitized collection(s) (13 out of 14 libraries) Online publication(s) (10 out of 14 libraries) Some common online databases: EBSCOhost Ebrary SpringerLINK ScienceDirect IEEE Emerald ProQuest

L IBRARY 2.0 Most libraries have not fully adopted Library 2.0 tools. Social media tools are also not fully utilized
