What is sigma six?  Methodology to constantly improve processes within organisations  The UK Department for Trade and Industry says Six Sigma is: “A data-driven method for achieving near perfect quality. Six Sigma analysis can focus on any element of production or service, and has a strong emphasis on statistical analysis in design, manufacturing and customer-oriented activities." June  It is a statistical representation describing quantitatively how a process is performing

Sigma six scale -DPMO Defects per million opportunities. You keep repeating the DMAIC process to try and achieve a sigma level 6. Most businesses run at level 2/3 which is considered by the scale as an unsustainable level of satisfaction
