Blacksmith- crafters of tools Carpenter- builders Gunsmith- masters of forge

Family Their houses were either cabins or small brick houses. The furnishings looked like wooden chairs and tables.
EDUCATION/LITERATURE/ MUSIC Education was like practicing on slate boards, reading books, and assembling puzzles. They played fifes, drums, and the bass.
CLOTHES The men wore petticoats, cloaks, wigs, breeches, hats, dresses The women wore dresses and bonnets
FOOD They ate basically the same things as we eat today like fish, venison, beef, duck and goose For vegetables they ate apples, peaches, pears and all sorts of berries.
