IT DIRECTOR As the UK pulls itself out of recession, a prediction by sector skills council, Skills UK, shows major growth in demand for staff in high-level positions. An estimated 420,000 senior roles are in need of filling, including IT director jobs. IT Director Salaries At an average of £85,000 per year, the salaries for IT director jobs vary depending on location. IT directors in such areas as Northampton, Uxbridge and the West Midlands are seeing annual salaries of over £100,000. For those IT directors looking for some flexibility in their work, contractor work pays roughly £600 per day.

Graphic Designer Professionals in these positions create animation and special effects for movies, television, video games and other forms of media. They breathe life into ideas by writing code and using computer software. These workers often have the option of being self-employed or may work for an agency or television or film studio.
