Housing

 The apartment complex is called Kingswood  It is located at 1105 Highway 54 Bypass, Chapel Hill, NC  Landmarks include…  Big Al’s  BP gas station  Triangle Tires  Crook’s Corner  American Cleaning Company Location of Property

 Household Income:  Evan works at Whole Foods Market for 12 hours a week and earns $8.30 an hour. His weekly income is $100, and therefore his monthly income is $400.  Cecilia babysits for 10 hours a week and earns $10 an hour. Her weekly income is $100, and therefore her monthly income is $400.  Therefore, the monthly household income is $800. Spending Plan: Household Income

 5 Expenses  Although our parents are paying for our apartment rent and meal plan, we will still have many other expenses to monitor.  Clothing costs - $105  Restaurant costs - $60  Transportation costs (gas) - $90  Entertainment costs (Netflix, iTunes, movie rentals) - $25  Other household expenses (toiletries, haircuts) - $30  Total Expenses: $310 Spending Plan: Expenses

 Evan and Cecilia will both have meal plans at Chapel Hill. Though they do not live on campus they still want to be able to eat lunch between classes so they decided to both get the Block 100 plan which includes 100 meals and $200 dinning dollars for $1, Their parents have agreed to cover this cost  Other meals will come from home.  They are only eating out 3 times a month. 1. Thou shalt not take personal belongings from your roommate without asking. 2. Thou shalt not play loud music after the hour of 10:00 P.M. 3. Thou shalt turn the lights off when leaving a room to save money on the electric bill. 4. Thou shalt your roommate if you are bringing friends over. 5. Thou shalt keep common livings areas clean.
