◦ Conduct frequent visits to supplier/incoming quality, manufacturing and assembly key personnel to build strong relationships on your behalf and ensure efficient, effective and assertive management of customer feedback. ◦ Educate customer on your product to mitigate opportunity for excessive costs. ◦ Identify and report product applications where your products are used and promote areas of opportunity. ◦ Promote and lead excellence in customer service and problem solving. ◦ Actively participate as a key member of the quality team through participation in continuous improvement initiatives, projects and reviews ◦ Ensure concerns are closed out effectively. ◦ The Liaison engineer will prepare a report to update you on your key areas. PR0ACTIVE:

REACTIVE : *Help identify root cause and assist in implementing short term solutions as well as to provide samples, photographs and a comprehensive detailed problem description. *Manage customer issues and concerns immediately while effectively minimizing disruption and establishing containment actions. *Hands on assistance and supervision to coordinate containment activities, visual aids and clear work instructions to fast, lowest cost and effective containment actions.
