The data can be seen just by logging into a website. Centralized data base : All the biometric devices in an enterprise are connected to a central server. The devices can be placed anywhere in the world, the device will be connected to the internet without any local PC or the need of a Hub/Switch. the data captured by device will be transmitted to the central server, which in turn has the database installed in it. User Options : Mail Us : Add new user : Firstly register the personal's fingerprint or the password on the machine Whose time & attendance record will be tracked. Follow the equipment prompt place the finger, you must continuously press the same finger 3 times in the correct method until the registration success prompt appear.

User Options : Mail Us : Manage : Here you can view all users' information in the current equipment is available, which include username, the number of fingerprint, whether the password is registered, and user’s attendance logs. You are allowed to edit or delete some users. Following the equipment prompt, input the password, then press OK key and input password once again, only can input max. 8 digit the effective figure for the password We can set User/Admin privilege

User Options : Mail Us : Access Control setting : Access Control settings are designed for user’s Time Period and control unlocks. if Registered users are unable to unlock, reason is current unlock time should be within any effective Time Scope of the User. Here we can delete/edit/search for the registered users

Communication Options : Mail Us : Configure networks : Machine IP address: Default IP is , you may change, modify it. Do not set IP as same as the IP of PC. We can not assign IP address in device through DHCP. Communication setting : when transfer the data between the equipment and PC, it is necessary to set the equipment communication parameter. When the equipment and the machine are in the communication, Message will display on the Software “Device connected successfully”.

Communication Options : Mail Us : Connection password : System password is 0 by default.(namely, there is no password) it can be set as other value. After setting, the password must be input in s/w. The password length is 1~6 digits. Serial port option : RS232 & RS485 is used for serial communication. Baud rate: Used for communication with PC. (9600, 19200, 38400, 57600,115200).
