To be eligible, European Bachelor, Master, Doctorate and Post- doctorate candidates: Must be a national of one of the eligible European countries; Must be registered at one of the European universities within the partnership; Must have sufficient knowledge of the language in which courses are offered (Russian or English); Bachelor’s students must have successfully completed at least one year of studies International Office
