Cumberland Plastics Update Current production for AL facility is 3 shifts, 5 days with & Saturday Sunday’s being available for additional capacity 6 new presses added in 2011 & 2012 (120 ton, 180 ton, 300 ton (x2), 500 ton (x2) giving AL 14 molding machines from 120 tons to 950 tons. New 1,000 ton press will be delivered in July 2013 Cumberland will be purchasing two additional 500 ton presses in 2013 totaling 17 by Q With added expansion will have capacity for 6-8 additional injection molding machines depending on press size in addition to 3 machines already planned for 2013 ISO TS16949 Quality Certification achieved in October of 2008 at and have maintained certification each year Full CMM capability for PPAP and production as well as data for SPC Current headcount stand at 95
