Three Years Of Science – Two Paths General Science Focus General Biology9Honors Biology Chemistry, Physics, or Physical Science 10 Accelerated Chemistry or Physics Science Electives, Anatomy & Physiology, or Adv. Semester Science Class Astronomy

 Prerequisite: C or better in geometry  This course is a one semester introduction to the basic concepts of astronomy.  Stellar classification and spectroscopy, solar system and planetary motion will be studied  Emphasis on the concepts, laws and theories of physics that allow better understanding of astronomical phenomena

 Prerequisite: Biology  Looks at the scientific techniques to provide evidence in criminal investigations  Multidisciplinary perspective involving:  Chemistry, biology, physics, criminology and toxicology
