 The sixth-generation Zengin （全銀） System will be in operation as from November 14, 2011, and the format based on XML/ISO20022 will become available as an option.  August 8 th 2011, at the head quarter of MoF, Deputy Minister Do Hoang Anh Tuan received the customs delagates from Japan led by Mr. Nagatomo Tetsuji, Deputy Chairman of Japanese General Department of Customs and Tariff. Their visit aimed at the implementation of some projects on electronic customs and single window.
