DAASTAN – E – ISHQ Raidio1 FM91 will be hosting a pre-recorded show on 14 th August 2013 which represents Pakistani music history starting from pre partition to partition, post partition starting from 1950s and going on till 2000

DIGITAL COMPETITION On 14 th August as a post hype for the show ‘Daastan – e – Ishq’ we will launch a digital competition on Facebook, Through this we will ask people to create a ‘Mash up’ of 6 songs while each will represent a particular decade i.e. 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s & I don’t suggest to launch the competition before as we are hosting Naat competition already and doing this simultaneously won’t sound good.

MECHANICS Prize Options: – Mixer – Bose Speakers – Laptop – Cash Prize (Rs.20,000) The mash up can not exceed the duration of 2min. People will have to upload the clip on sound cloud or vimeo and us the link which then we will posted on our website & Facebook page.

BTL AT DOLMEN MALL CLIFTON

1940 & 1950s 1960 & 1970s 1980 & 1990s current As a part of our theme for this 14 th August we will host a quiz competition where people can choose any decade and based on that questions will be asked themed on Pakistani music industry.

FASHION PARADE We will be hosting an activity for the kids on Independence day at Dolmen Mall Clifton for which we will do prior promotion (for 10 days) asking people to dress up their kids in any cultural attire and bring them to our BTL activity as we will host a fashion parade for them. Those who are best dressed will win give-aways by Radio1 FM91

We will play short audio clips taken from the speeches done by the politicians of Pakistan while people will have to guess the name. Guess the name!
