Where We Think We Are Going Vision: For the CRC to be a denomination in which young adults are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to use their gifts in the church and kingdom by serving God and loving others.

Where We Think We Are Going Priority #1: To build networks and relationships with young adults and the appropriate organizations in which aspiring young adult leaders commonly congregate and are developed.

Where We Think We Are Going Priority #2: Provide opportunities for training for both young adults and churches that seek to minister to and with them.

Where We Think We Are Going Priority #3: Generate support both institutionally and in the local church by persuading people to ‘buy in’ to the ideals of the Leadership Exchange as well as the importance of the involvement and leadership development of young adults for service in the church and kingdom.
