Annex 1 “Creating a Law Enforcement Institutional Environment that will Support an Enhanced Role of LE officials in the National HIV Response” outlines specific components of the design of an overall National HIV Policy for LE officials. Annex 2 “Implementation and Evaluation of the UNODC Training Guidelines” contains more specific logistical considerations for the implementation of the training manual across various law enforcement training institutes and to LE officials who are already working in the field.
