Sport Coaching  Definition of a Coach: someone who is involved in the direction, instruction, and training of the operation of the sports team.  Different levels of Coaching:  -Middle school, High School, Youth Sports, collegiate, club sports, semi-pro  Supported by a staff of assistants to help support coach and team  Exp. Strength coaches, Nutritionists, trainers
