Funded by Leonardo Project: Partnership Around Continuous Training of Teachers Description of UBI City of Covilhã, in the Centro region. 5 faculties: Sciences, Engineering, Social and Human Sciences, Arts and Letters, and Health Sciences undergraduate and postgraduate students. Innovative research, knowledge transfer, and entrepreneurship activities. UBI is a training organization/university which trains teachers, from all levels covering the pre-primary schools towards the secondary and university teachers, designs content for training teachers and for valuating teaching.

Additionally, the program has R&D seminars with leaders of opinion that use the tech tools and are related with the scientifici background of teachers involved - stakeholders (from industry, schools, public institutions).
