New degrees are available (Biotechnology, Material science, Mathematical Statistics and Data Processing), others are still new but more consolidated (Computer science), and others have a long tradition and are strongly correlated with new businesses (Biology, Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, Physics, Mathematics), or with territorial and environmental activities for which Liguria offers extremely interesting natural laboratories (Geology, Environmental sciences and Natural sciences).
