Clarification of the meaning of the green check mark in Advisor  Green check mark means section has been completed.

Pump Drive not recognized by Mounting Tool  Pump Drive was added as a selection in the Mounting Tool

QSB3.3 wiring diagram was updated  The QSB3.3 wiring diagram was updated in the tech library

Added AEB column to checklists

Added Intake Mass Air Flow to the Engine Performance Screen

Added Open Crankcase Ventilation checklist questions to Lube tool

Updated Tier 4 Air Cleaner data  We updated the data for the Tier 4 air cleaners to include the pre-cleaner

For Deaeration test, no radiator cap warning when using a coolant recovery bottle

Updates to the Electrical Tool  In the checklist section, add a check for an excessive number of connectors on a single terminal.  Added a checklist question regarding the placement of connectors and the alternator to avoid wheel spray.  Added a checklist question regarding drive belt wrap, loading, & placement of alternator in belt arrangement (first position downstream of crank pulley is best). Graphics also added in Tech Lib.  Added a checklist question which asks the user if they intend to run frequently at low speeds. If answered "Yes", add a Comment asking them to check current output at low speeds.  An existing checklist question asks if alternator capacity exceeds the maximum electrical load. Will now ask instead if alternator is sized to have 15% more capacity than the maximum load.  Added Brush and Brushless as types of alternator components.  Added a recommendation for brushless alternators to the Comment currently generated when "Yes" answered to question regarding equipment being used in environments where sparks must be avoided.  Revised existing Cranking modeling section to include the charging circuit.

Updates to the Electrical Tool  When you open a previous Cranking Circuit you will see “Invalid” in one of the fields.  You need to reselect the circuit diagram

Updates to the Electrical Tool  Added “Charging Circuit Voltage Drop in Volts”  Added “Target Voltage Drop in Volts”

Updates to the Electrical Tool  To reselect your circuit click this button

Updates to the Electrical Tool  Added circuits diagrams with alternators Remember to click on the alternator connections

Questions or Comments?  The Advisor Customer Council is your opportunity to provide feedback!
