 The Exploratory Robot Are Used In Situations That Are Not Safe For A Situation That Can Harm Humans. They Can Only Do Basic Tasks Such As Jump, Roll, & Run.

 They Are Used In Space, Underwater, Underground, & On Steep Hills & Mountains.

 Yes, because the robot can do many more things than humans. Examples below:  jumping, running, walking, swimming, saving people, etc.

 The programmer puts it into a computer program that is a set of coded instructions the robot must follow

 The dynamic sensor coverage problem in the absence of global localization information.

 Some of the advantages of exploratory robots are that they can jump and roll therefore making them ideal for rough terrain explorations. They create jobs and ensure safety of people in some task. Disadvantages include the cost of producing them is very high and the expertise needed to handle them is limited.
