I carried a class 1 NHBC warranty for over 20 years with no structural failings throughout my entire career and now have progressed into the modern energy saving arena including wind, solar and ground source heating.

This site was purchased from the Chatsworth Estate and comprised of 5 Large barn conversions and 8 executive detached. All in a conservation area. These were completed in 18 months running at a profit of 38% Palterton

A 22 home mid executive twin cul-de-sac. This was purchased off of the Church of England as the last part of a 7 tier purchase option deal spanning 11 years. It broke the mould for the area at the time and sold faster than any other site I have built. Glebe Gardens

By this stage of the site build I was covering three sites. This one, Mickley (38) and Gray Mews(6). I also built 68 dwellings at Tupton, 6 at Dale view and 3 other sites North Wingfield Site 4

This Mansion house was built covering over 6500 sqft to a very high specification and still stands as one of the largest and most expensive new builds in the town. Large Dwellings
