The Black History Committee of Orange County, Inc. is committed to educating our citizens on American History. The BHCOC is committed to improving dialogue as it pertains to the contributions that African-Americans have made to society as a whole. Scholarships Donated In past years, over $5,000 was also donated to the community at large to help with Tutoring, Water for Haiti, Victims of Fire, Little League, local Churches and more.
