 Recording to your computer requires an adapter connecting your phone to computer sound card.

 Phone head sets.  Microphones (blue tooth style & standalone stationary).  Adapters to connect phone to computer sound card.

 Adjust microphone level ahead of time.  Set monitor 800 x 600 pixel resolution before recording to ensure the highest-quality recording. Recording images at higher resolutions may cause recorded images to be partially hidden during playback with monitors set to lower resolutions.  Use headset during a live session for better sound quality.
